McKillop & Son, Inc. is an independent painting, waterproofing and concrete restoration company which supplies rehabilitation of existing structures and the application of the highest quality products.

Our company has extensiveknowledge and experience in every phase of coatings application and has earned a reputation for providing superior workmanship in a timely and professional manner.

McKillop & Son, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Rob McKillop after working extensevly in the painting business with his father Hugh "Mac" McKillop in New Jersey.

Rob moved to Sarasota/Manatee area in 1979 and joined again by his father, focused on developing a company devoted to the highest level of quality and professionalism in the business.

Today our family company is headed by both Joey Chafatelli and Patti McKillop and continues to serve our customers with the honorable principles established these many years by its founder.

The State of Florida has awarded the company a State certified General Contractors License, No. CGC1514784.
